Do you have things you want to talk about but don't feel comfortable sharing with friends or family? Whether it's everyday stress, anxiety, or life transitions, we'll work together for you to gain clarity to make meaningful change in your life.

Post-graduate study, I have been working in mental and behavioral health since 2013, and in private practice since 2021.

I work with adults of all ages to develop ways to manage life's stressors. Together, we’ll discuss what tools may be useful and how they can be modified to be effective in your life.

I have supported clients working through depression, anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, and decision making about future planning. I have also helped clients process when alternative solutions and therapeutic interventions could be useful.

My creative work in dance, choreography, writing, and sound making informs my training in evidence-based practices.

Licensed in California (LCSW99286), Iowa (LISW129606), and Idaho (telehealth SW4671838).

Talk Therapy

I use a person-centered/strengths-based approach that prioritizes interventions based on clients' learning style. Interventions include solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy skills, and cognitive behavioral therapy concepts as a starting point for ideas. We'll discuss what tools may be useful and how they can be modified to be effective.

Dance/Movement Therapy

Dance/movement therapy is an intervention that prioritizes movement as a means to process thoughts and feelings. I have utilized music, writing prompts, guided stretching, as well as verbal processing to accompany movement in sessions, considering how if we move differently can we change what we think and how we feel.

Sound Meditation

Sound meditation is first and foremost a relaxing experience. Different sounds evoke different emotions. Sessions can be sound meditation exclusively or in conjunction with other services.
