This workshop will be guided movement focusing on expanding range of motion. There won't be choreography, just a variety of easy-to-follow movements grounded in Karin's experience as a solo vernacular jazz dancer. Music may include electronica, dubstep, house, alternative, jazz, and world drum to explore different rhythms, culminating in a group freestyle to conclude the session.
