Pre-Spring Movements and Sounds
Heading into the turn of seasons, Karin will again co-lead movement and sound making with Reggina Thompson, including guided movement exercises to awaken the body, moving to sound, sound making with various percussive instruments, vocalizing/harmonizing, sound bath and group processing.
